Modesto is a top-producer and recipient of the NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales
Award® in 2019.

Modesto brings thirty-five years of experience in real estate. A Union City resident
since the age of six, he serves the entire Hudson County and surrounding areas. He
purchased his first home in Union City at the age of 25 and specializes in home buying
and selling, investment properties, multi-residential and mixed-use properties and
rentals.

from his daughters and grandchildren. He went to Montclair State University for
Religion/Philosophy and continues to read related books and articles.
